today's... not VERY productive. anyway, i watched a movie today! SCENT OF A WOMAN! not particularly interesting, but still quite nice lah. haha! watched that movie cos of por una cabeza. lol! then i watched an episode of Gokusen 3! YUKIE NAKAMA! <3! Printed screen of her saying FIGHT-OH ! (her way of saying 'whoosh!' you know, the thing that we always say as we stand in a circle, put our hands on top of one another and whoosh? haha! her version is FIGHT-OH! since it's jap, it's pronounced as FIGHTOOOOOHHHHHH~ OH!) and it's on my dp! LOVE IT MAN! it's my new motivation! cos YUKIE NAKAMA is saying FIGHT-OH to ME! HOHOHO! (but becos i froze it, she looks as if she's dancing rock n roll in this pose)

went to watch nycd's concert just now. i guess this is the first chinese drama concert i've ever watched. anyway, i like the second drama the most. 《逆时针》. it really teaches us not to make decisions that will make us regret cos by the time we regret, time will not revert back for us to change our choices.
before the show, suzie found a tattoo in her bag. it's a pic of three green frogs given by green club 1-2 yrs ago. i told her i've nvr ever put tatto on my body before. so i gave my “第一次" to suzie. HAHA! sounds wrong. i meant i asked her to help me put on the tattoo on my arm, and that's the first tattoo of my life. this has also shown how deprived my childhood was. haha!
after the show, the cd ppl hugged and cried. like what suzie said, they must have spent lots of effort in this production. seeing them cry, i was reminded that i'll cry badly on nyco's concert too. haha, last nyco concert. ): i'll miss nyco very badly cos i love nyco loads. i may sound very extreme or exaggerating, but i seriously mean it. i really love nyco loads.
i have also realised y it's so difficult to bond co. take chinese dance for example, they are also a big group of ppl, but they can bond becos it's DANCE. in a dance, they have to trust and cooperate with one another to build chemistry and make the performance flow well. in the midst of their practices, the spirit is also gradually building up. same goes for chinese drama. to make their production a success, they have to meet up many times either for rehearsals or to make props together. that's their way to build their team spirit. back to co, what we do is just sit down n play our own instru. it's true that we also need cooperation to make our performance a success, but we dont communicate like how other ccas do. perhaps becos of that, it's tough to build up that kind of spirit. actually i also dont know how to descibe it, but im sure u guys understand what im trying to convey. haha yup. i think the activity of the cca has an impact on how bonded the cca group can get.
ok, that was getting out of point! anyway, on the bus (on my way home), as i was chatting with szemin about all my “第一次" (to show how deprived i m), i recalled that i've forgotten to remove the tattoo paper! LOL! n szemin was amused at how that paper could stick on my arm for so long.

lol. i think im weird. after talking to oly, i realised im missing my bsp friends. YES, INCLUSIVE OF YOU, PHUA ROUYING! HAHA! hope u guys can have a safe trip! (:
anyway, i think i've lost my true self. nowadays i dont know what im doing. seriously. i just go whereever my heart leads me to. i've lost my consciousness. my brain is controlled by my heart. perhaps i need a REAL break from all the work, committment and responsibilities. perhaps im just really exhausted. i need time to reflect, replan my target and stuff. basically, i need to reorganize myself. i think i'll find a few days during hols to do this. lol. if u find sheila mia (im not gonna leave home lah! but perhaps shut myself up from everything) for a few consecutive days, u know what has happened to her!

i think im a really ambitious person. my 'plate' is so small (as u can see from my size), yet i always fill it with a lot of food, until it'll overspill. then, i'll just neglect those overspilt food. as for me, i'll get myself dirty cos of the overspilt food. lol. weird analogy eh? anyway, i've learnt from my lesson. from now on, i'll try not to overload myself with so many committments! not constructive for both the work and myself. :D

LONG TIME NO BLOG! shall ATTEMPT to keep this post short since im feeling tired alrdy.
FRIDAY i shall just copy and past what i typed for liying and rouying! :P nyco promoted our concert during morning assembly. i shall narrate the whole scene.
1. chewfei, the councillor who was reading announcements in that morning, said,'now, we shall invite the nyco representatives to talk us about their concert.' 2. the four banner carriers, layting, qianwen, laiweng and yiping, entered stage, flashing our banner to the audience. 3. meanwhile, the daji ppl n runners set up the stage for performance. chewfei joined in. 4. once they're ready, the banner 'walked' down the stage. 5. the daji ppl started playing. the whole quadrangle was silent, except for the daji's drum rolls. all eyes were on the them. it's nice n attention-seeking. 6. when they ended, the banner 'walked' up the stage again, to cover them. so the banner acts like a stage curtain lah. HAHA! 7. our top two most entertaining comm member, yingxuan n siying went in front of the banner n starting conversing abt our concert. siying was the first to speak. n apparently, their appearance amused the audience. esp the part when yingxuan said the nyco ppl r promoting their concert n siying replied,'when where what who how?' very quickly. HAHA!
oh i missed out smth. b4 and after our appearance, some of our co members at the audience seats cheered for us! during dazu, mrs ee said it's quite nice n effective. n she was touched by the cheers! haha! n mr lim kok boon also told her that he likes our concert advertisement very much! HAHA!
ps: at the first few notes of the daji item, my heart throbbed tgt with their rhytm cos i was feeling very nervous! though i didnt have to perform, i was worried for the response! but im really glad that the response was good.
next was sabbiticals. in 'Are u game for math?', we actually GAMBLED LEGALLY IN SCHOOL. hahah! no lah! it's a module where we explore the math in gambling games. n on the first day, we played roulette. my grp, The Big Cheat, consists of wangxiao, suzie, lilan and me! suzie's really a pro in gambling. she answered 2 out of 3 qsns correctly and earned 200 points for our team. HOHO! in the first round of roulette game, our grp was the only money-winning team. in the second round, we kinda strategized. as the frequencies of 28 was rather high, wangxiao suggested betting on 28 (an individual no. winning ratio is 1:37; if u win, u win 36 chips). n we were so lucky that we won. we were the first grp to win an individual no.! HOHOHO! on another instant, i suggested betting on 28 again cos I COULD SEE IT COMING! HAHA! AND WE WON AGAIN! see! 28 is a lucky no.! (*hints* my b'day falls on the 28 sep!)eventually, we proved Mr Tiong's theory wrong. cos he said casino always wins money while players always suffer loses. n i believe the main objective of this module is to let us know that gambling is stupid cos we will nvr win. theoretically, he's right, but as we played.... HAHA! his theory is suspicious... next was ASEAN. nth much to comment. except that my map was very WELL-DRAWN! HAHA! right yinkuan!? *winks to kuan!* i drew 3 women in bikini for thailand cos they symbolise transverstites. then i realised that my bikini set looks like smiley face. -.- n guessed how i drew palm tree for m'sia? i drew hands (palms) as the canopy on top of the trunks. lol. SO CUTE RIGHT! n i drew 2 old men for Laos. HAHA! see the pun!
next, DAZU! shall copy n paste again. that day's dazu was effective! we managed to complete the whole of diyierhu n mrs ee praised us that she's beginning to feel our input/spirit and she's feeling hopeful. ironically, after she praised us, we couldnt play a certain passage as well as the prev time. HAHA! the nyco tradition. but in our last attempt for the day, it was well-played overall.
then rjco concert. tricia n i managed to chope one of the best seats despite being late. haha! they played huang tu qin and qiu yun. huang tu qin reminds me and tricia of nyco concert '06's times... ahhh! only until then i realised how nice huang tu qin was. lol! n qiuyun reminded me of geco concert '06's times... what a concert to reminisce... oh! i was sitting beside yuka and jeannette in the second half of the conert. when the last song ended, i asked yuka if she thinks there'll be an encore piece. indeed there was. we hope it'd be a nice piece. we anticipated. then it began with.... 5.6 5656 5.6 5656... HUA HAO YUE YUAN! OMG! that's so GE! HAHA! ALL THE GE PEEPS THERE LAUGHED LIKE SIAO LAH! OH! yuka's mother came to find her at the end of the conert. THEY TOTALLY LOOK ALIKE! the way the talk, walk, smile.. AS IF THEY WERE CLONED! i almost lost my hp that day! fortunately the SCH ppl found it. PHEW!
SATURDAY copy and paste again! at the beginning of open hse, nth much. we were all practising dazu pieces. in the afternoon, mrs ee went off for other stuff, leaving laiweng n queenie to conduct us. but they were failure attempts. lol. not saying that they're bad at conducting, just that we couldnt play as well as compared to being conducted by teachers. then all of us got very tired becos of the hot and humid weather. so we started playing songs for fun. e.g. shadier, molihua and jian kuai de liang feng. we sang to fill in the missing parts, cos not all members were present. it was so fun! we ended up singing for most of the time! n i could really feel the co spirit coming! even after everything, the juniors took initiative to ban instruments! :DDD! im very hopeful about nyco now! i heard many ppl were intersted in co, so IT WAS ANOTHER SUCCESS! YAY! KUDOS TO NYCO!
after that, layting and i went out for movie! we watched 'Accuracy of Death'. the first part was quite nice, second part was so abstract n LESS INTERESTING (note, not boring) that i fell asleep. :X fortunately i woke up when the second part's abt to end. the last part was really meaningful. as quoted from layting,'This is a really sophisticated movie!'. haha! after watching, we actually discussed like how we discussed literature stuff in LA lessons throughout our journey home. lol. well, whoever is very pessimistic abt life, pls go n watch ACCURACY OF DEATH!
SUNDAY went for lesson in the morning. then went for a hair trim. when i returned home, i was so tired that i slept from 2+ 3 to 8+ 9. :O! really sorry to those who've been doing work while i was sleeping. im seriously tired cos for this whole week, i've been doing work till i fell asleep, then woke up in fright in the morning when i realised that i fell asleep halfway thru my work, went to school, did stuffs during recesses (which were supposed to be my breaks), went home or have cca, then continue doing work till i fell asleep..... the cycle just went on. until end of friday! yup, this accounts for my exhaustion. well, i shall go and sleep now and try to complete geog report and testimonial writing tmr! JIAYOU SHEILA!

life is short. hence, we have to really treasure the present.
after reading the news, after seeing how people moan for deaths of their loved ones, i feel sad and sorry for them. becos i'll always attempt to put myself into the shoes of those people. i really cant imagine how life would be like if my father or mother just leave me one day... haha! a bit cliche, but i dreamt of it b4 n it's just very horrible.
seriously, i feel very fortunate. im really grateful to have really wonderful friends and family. they are always there to support me; they will always try to draw a smile on my face when im feeling down and they nvr complain when i vent my anger on them unintentionally. haha! i know i've been mean at times, and im sincerely apologetic for that. still, I LOVE YOU GUYS! (:
my life motto is to be strong and happy and i hope for the other people too! so god, pls bless those victims! dont take them away from their loved ones! give them a chance to live happily again!

haha! today's our LAST SOCCER LESSON! also our LAST LESSON WITH MS CHUE! oh man... hahah! anyway, pe was lots of fun, as usual, i laughed a lot! hahah! suzie's damn funny. she has a unique way of receiving the ball. the ball always either get stuck in between her arm n body or in between her legs! LOL! well, today's match was a close fight! we were ties all the way till the very last match... but eventually, WE LOST! hahahha! as usual, im always the one who laughed the most in class. no choice, cos im EXTERMELY EASILY AMUSED! hahaha!

THIS WK IS WK 8 ALRDY! WHICH MEANS SCHOOL HOLS IS COMING SUPER SOON! sigh. my sec 4 life is gonna end very soon. moeco camp, nyco concert, term 3 block tests, end of years... they are all coming very soon! ohmygosh. i realised that we're so unprepared for concert. really gotta pray hard and hope for a miracle to befall. somehow, i just dont feel motivated to do anything. i've been procrastinating. sigh. looks like it's time for me to wake up and face all the music. cant afford to slack anymore!
anyway, i'd really like to credit MIAO HANQING! haha! whether u'll see this post or not, i still wanna thank you, MIAO HANQING! hahaha! THANKS SO MUCH FOR HELPING US REVAMP THE NYCO BLOG! u're really a nice person cos u didnt complain a word at all! hehh! shall blog frm wed onwards!
WEDNESDAY that day after csm, jieyi, suzie, heeai and i went to town for lunch. we had yoshinoya at takashimaya (oh it rhymes!). it was super hilarious. after i introduced them to the yoshinoya 'coloured powder??' (it's the bottle of colourful thingy that's a little spicy n i dont know what that's called. shall name it 'chilli' for now), they found it quite appetizing so we added a lot. when we were all left with the potato chips (is that how it's called? oh no.. im really bad at names.), we decided to have a 'Chilli Challenge'. it goes by adding lots of 'chilli' on the chips. supposedly to be spicy, all of us had to act as if it was not spicy at all and extremely delicious instead. so i took videos of all the 'Chilli Challenge' episodes. HAHA! jieyi's videos were the most hilarious. the customers sitting around us were looking at us with weird glares. i bet they thought we were crazy people. haha!
after that, we went to shop at takashimaya. as we walked, we came across a water fountain and decided to take a pic with that as the background. in the shopping centre, we saw this door which has the directory board on it and was in the middle of nowhere. we were so amused by it that we took lots of pic with diff poses at the door. LOLS! then we continued our window shopping. as jieyi had to leave early for her piano lesson, we ended off our trip with a toilet visit (haha! reminds me of the 409 pee grp! with jieyi as the tour guide and heeai and sheila as the usual tourists). just as we were abt to leave the washroom, jieyi got fancy over the mirror near the entrance and suggested to take pictures of our reflection. so we took pictures of all kinds of poses. eventually, we spent almost 30 min in the toilet taking pictures. HAHAHA! so crazy right! i bet the passers-by thought we're extreme egoists. haha! though the trip was short, it was very enjoyable! hope we can have more of this kind of outings! (:
THURSDAY nth much on thur, apart frm chionging ih report.
FRIDAY friday was another enjoyable day! slacked during pccg and had soccer for pe! i have no choice but to admit that....... JIEYI'S REALLY PRO IN SOCCER! HAHAHHAHAHA! she's the attacker of our team. guess how we got our first goal? it was a goalkeeper throw. wyeteng (the opponent's goalkeeper) threw/kicked the ball into the court and jieyi immediately kicked it back. it was so swift that wyeteng couldnt catch it in time. HAHA! initially we were all stunned for a few seconds. only when ms chue said that goal was counted, we jumped and cheered abt it! the second goal was even funnier! jieyi's kick was again so swift that it went through the gap between wyeteng's legs! hahahha! super funny! and that's how we got our 2-0. lol! kudos to jieyi! but lilan was quite pro too! with her super mighty kick! hahha!
next was toga party! thanks to sarah and company who planned caesar cranium! it's really challenging! nevertheless, TEAM PIZZA EMERGED AS CHAMPION! haha! but it was a really good game! (: but i do hope there's more frog activities! HAHAHA!
then was nyco. YILING, MAUREEN, LYDIA AND BENITA CAME BACK! hohoho! miss them loads! when i was talking to yiling and maureen, it felt as though both of them have grown taller. or perhaps i've shrunk. so yiping was teasing me abt how i tip-toed when i was talking to them. :/
on our bus trip to tpy, i asked hazel what we should eat for dinner. she said 'koufu' in a very weird way. and i misheard it as 'cold food'. i repeated her answer in a surprised tone but i have no idea y she agreed to what i said. then i asked wendy, yuka and szemin what they wanna eat for dinner and told them that hazel wanted to eat 'cold food'. SURPRISINGLY, yuka heard it as 'koufu', while szemin heard it as 'cold food'. HAHAHA! really funny! only then we figured out that hazel was trying to say 'koufu' with the eng accent. then we met xiquan for dinner at tpy. it was very nice of him to buy us famous amos cookies! hehehehh! hope he can come more often! so that we get to eat famous amos cookies more often! hahah! jkjk!
did recordings during ge prac. as hazel was boasting abt how powerful her mind power was (cos she said that she and layting used mind power to make the egg cartons drop the previous week), i told her i didnt believe. so i appointed an egg carton for them to prove themselves. i chose the one right above moses. who knows after some time, the egg carton above him really dropped! hahah! hazel, now im really convinced by your mighty power. HAHAHAH!
SATURDAY sat was a fruitful day cos i really exercised! went swimming with layting in the morning followed by ddr. we really stretched and perspired a lot. (: by the time i reached home, i was so tired that i fell asleep. by the time i woke up, i was horrified to see that it was 4.30 alrdy. so i quickly chiong-ed my part of the ih report b4 i left hse. im really sorry layting for making u wait!! after that was qin2 hu2 concert. it's really nice to watch concert with the whole co! haha! it's somewhat like a co/sectional outing! so nice! sadly our section didnt meet tgt b4hand. i hope we can all get more bonded through this kind of outings! as for the concert, though qinhu's nice in certain parts, i still think that erhu is much better than qinhu. cos qinhu has a very dry sound, so it cant really raise the climax of the pieces, which i think it's a pity. oh well, i still love erhu! <3
SUNDAY TODAY! had erhu lesson in the morning. xls was shocked by how dark my skin became. i told her it was because of ytd's swim. hahah! but actually i didnt turn very dark as compared to my skin colour b4 the swim. perhaps i was originally very dark and im even darker now. haha! but nvm, i like tan skins! then i went to buy a new phone with my parents. cos my 100-dollar voucher is expiring soon. got a sony ericsson w890i hp. but i doubt i'll be using it soon cos i need to copy all my contacts out b4 i transfer my sim card over. lest i lose any contacts.
